Sāls istabiņa
A salt room in Jelgava where the walls, ceiling and floor are covered in salt and a generator releases fine salt particles. In a 40-minute session you can rest, listen to music, read or build salt castles with the kids; there are also guided breathing sessions, yoga nidra and sound therapy. €10 for adults, €5 for children aged 3–6; gift cards available; book by phone.
